Seattle Getting Seismic Retrofits For 1,000 Buildings

Seattle's buildings could be at risk from a strong earthquake.  The Seattle Times reports Mayor Greg Nickels has plans to require property owners to retrofit them because almost 1,000 buildings mostly brick date back to the 1930s and are at risk.
