Seattle Office of Housing's Home Repair Loan Program

The Seattle Office of Housing's Home Repair Loan program provides low-interest loans (three percent interest) to qualified low and moderate income homeowners in the City of Seattle.  Eligible home repairs and improvements include brick or masonry repair, foundation repair, structural repair and a variety of other home improvement and repair projects.
